There are many ways to ship, so if you need it fast let us know, what ever way you need it we will take care of all your shipping needs. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded in “shipping included price” e-mail for rates. Insurance is always recommended but not included. Discounted delivery is available in limited areas. E-mail and check for locations and as always we will credit all delivery charges if you are in the area for pick up, just let us know ahead of time.

We offer a 1 year warranty on all our Slot machines for parts and labor Glass excluded. Because all of our slot machines
come from a working casino and are used there will be minor scratches. The mechanics of each machine is in like new condition and batteries are replaced before shipping for a long lasting trouble free play.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
All returns must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. All "Old School Vegas" products must be returned in saleable condition (not used) with all tags attached. We cannot accept any damaged goods and recommend you send back the package insured.
We will process your request within 7 to 14 business days, when we receive your return with a pre authorization number.
All refunds require pre authorization and shipping costs are non refundable. To request a refund authorization number please e-mail us at legaldept@qualityslotmachines.com or call 714 469- 6413 Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PST.
Exchanges will be made and shipped out within 3 business days without additional shipping costs.
